Multipeak Marketing is a Christ-centered marketing agency serving orthodontists, dentists, and industry partners. We offer full-service solutions—ads, websites, SEO, social media, and more. We're on a mission to bless others through excellent, honest work and build a business rooted in faith. As we grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Client & Project Manager to help us get more organized, keep our team aligned, and ensure clients are well cared for.
This is a remote contractor role (~15–20 hrs/week) with potential for growth into a more long-term, strategic position. Your role will be the "glue" that holds projects, clients, and tea
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep tasks, timelines, and projects organized in our project management tools (Todoist or ClickUp)
- Assign work to tea
- Oversee deliverables like content calendars, ads, websites, and client reports
- Communicate with clients for approvals, updates, and asset requests
- Support team communication and help identify blockers or delays
- Maintain recurring tasks (e.g., weekly check-ins, monthly content planning, inbox checks)
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing projects or operations (especially in agencies, marketing, or creative teams)
- Strong communication and professional writing skills with native American speaking (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable using Slack, Google Drive, Todoist, and task management tools
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable following up with tea
- A heart for excellence and faith-driven work—someone aligned with Christian values and culture
