Part-Time AI Automation Expert

Location: Remote
Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible Hours
Pay: Based on experience

We are looking for a skilled AI Automation Expert to help build, connect, and improve automation systems across our web platforms, apps, internal tools, and business workflows.

This role is for someone who understands AI tools, automation logic, APIs, databases, and practical business systems. You do not need to be a full senior software engineer, but you must be able to take an idea, understand the workflow, and help turn it into a working automation.

Responsibilities:

Build and improve AI workflows for internal business operations

Connect tools using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, Supabase, OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms

Help automate tasks across admin, HR, CRM, scheduling, billing, reporting, and client workflows

Work with our developer/team to connect front-end apps to backend systems

Test automations and make sure they work reliably

Document each automation clearly so the team can understand and maintain it

Suggest better ways to automate repetitive work

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI API, or similar

Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Google Sheets, Supabase, or APIs

Comfortable learning new systems quickly

Strong problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and reliable

Able to communicate clearly in English

Can work independently and give updates without being chased

Bonus Skills:

Supabase experience

JavaScript / Node.js experience

API integration experience

CRM or healthcare staffing workflow experience

Experience building AI agents or dashboards
