We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive PARALEGAL PROJECT ADMIN to support our Paralegal and legal operations team.
In this role, you will handle administrative, project management, and documentation tasks that help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow across legal activities.
This position focuses on coordination and administrative support rather than direct paralegal work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Provide administrative support to the Paralegal and legal team, including organizing files, documents, and correspondence.
*Maintain project trackers, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and easy retrieval of information.
*Assist with the drafting and formatting of basic documents, forms, reports, and spreadsheets under Paralegal or attorney guidance.
*Coordinate scheduling, maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
*Help organize materials for meetings, hearings, and internal reviews.
*Conduct light factual research or information gathering as directed.
*Facilitate communication with clients, vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
*Assist with document uploads, version control, and management of digital legal files.
*Support compliance, due diligence, and administrative project initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Associate’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience in an administrative, legal support, or project coordination setting.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Close attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
