**Video Editor — PixelsEstate (LA Real Estate Media)**

We film and edit cinematic listing videos and reels for Los Angeles real estate agents. Looking for a full-time, long-term editor. Ongoing work — not a one-off.

**What you'll do**
- Edit videos and reels in Final Cut Pro (required, no exceptions)
- Color grade with LUTs (Canon M50 Cinestyle)
- Cut to music from our library
- Add bold stylized captions with X-ray text effects
- Follow our shot brief exactly
- Deliver 9:16 and 16:9 via Dropbox

**Requirements**
- Final Cut Pro only
- Strong LUT color grading
- Good English, written and spoken
- Modern visual taste
- Reliable, responsive, follows a brief precisely

**Pay & schedule**
- $30–$70 per project, paid weekly
