PPC Manager

Click Thru Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to support the management and growth of PPC campaigns across Google and Meta. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and is eager to help clients achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.

Conduct keyword and audience research to identify new growth opportunities.

Write engaging, conversion-focused ad copy.

Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.

Build, monitor, and refine campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Remarketing.

Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.

Collaborate with the team on creative testing, landing page optimization, and CRO strategies.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.

Solid understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, and conversion tracking.

Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization principles and best practices.

Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Bonus: experience with e-commerce, Shopify, or lead generation campaigns.
