PHP Programmer

Application required:

Create a photo-publishing application contained in Joomla where:
1. Account creation, shopping cart or payment gateway
2. Upload, scale/crop, edit, review, and finalise photos of their choice
3. Database save
4. Finalisation
• Convert the album to a PDF according to the publisher's specifications
• PDF review of the album available (not downloadable).
• Pay a fee
5. Submit to the publisher

A walk-through of the app will be shared. Note that there are/will be some changes to be discussed.

Already in place – a module containing:
• Registration code
• PHP and Ajax code to create an alphabetical container list used to upload photos with their accompanying text
• PHP forms, CSS styling and JS files for photo upload and scaling/cropping
• FPDF for conversion
• Some relevant configuration files
• Shopping card code – Fee plugin.
• Database. The current structure can be derived from the available code. A SQL file is not available. It is noted that the variable naming convention used in the shopping cart plugin code leaves much to be desired.

Notes:
The application is 60-70% complete.
The code already in place will be shared online in the interview.
