We are looking for someone who can think FOR us, not just follow instructions.
We are a fast-growing U.S. real estate and funding company looking for a highly skilled, highly proactive, NO-HAND-HOLDING Tech & Automation Specialist.
If you are someone who can look at a business and say:
“Here’s what you’re missing.”
“Here’s what we should automate.”
“Here’s how to fix this.”
“Here’s a better way to build this system.”
…then we want you.
RESPONSIBILITIES — You MUST be able to handle these independently
1. GoHighLevel Expertise
Build automations, workflows, triggers, funnels, forms, and pipelines
Set up new sub-accounts, integrations,
Maintain and improve CRM organization
Create systems that reduce manual work
Suggest automations we aren't even thinking of yet
2. Websites & Tech Systems
Build and update websites (GHL, Gamma, WordPress)
Connect domains, set up Google Workspace / Microsoft 365
Troubleshoot anything tech-related
Integrate Zapier, Stripe, calendars, forms, CRMs, SMS,
Improve structure and make systems cleaner and easier to use
3. Graphics & Branding Support
Create clean, modern graphics for funnels, websites, PDFs, presentations
Create branded materials (Canva or Adobe)
Polish visuals to a professional standard
4. Proactive System Improvement
This is crucial—your job includes:
Finding problems before they become problems
Suggesting better tools
Telling us what we need (not waiting to be told)
Seeing gaps and creating solutions
Streamlining operations across multiple brands
Creating SOPs for systems you build
We want a thinker, not just a doer.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (MUST HAVES)
Someone who does NOT require hand-holding
Someone who thinks independently
Someone who communicates clearly and proactively

Strong tech troubleshooting skills
Strong visual design skills
Experience building systems for real estate, lending, or online businesses
Takes ownership and completes tasks without reminders
Can recommend better ideas, tools, and improvements
BONUS SKILLS (not required but preferred)
Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Social media graphic creation
Email
Knowledge of real estate, credit repair, lending, or funding systems
SCHEDULE
Part-time: 20–25 hours/week
Must be available during U.S. business hours (CST) for collaboration.
