ABOUT US
Hi, we're a fan-inspired Anime brand. Currently, we have 2 brands that sell print-on-demand Anime apparel. We've been in business for over 8 years. Our brands consistently launch new designs daily, and our customers love our products. We also have new brands coming out and need another programmer on our team to help launch and manage these new brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a diligent and self-motivated Systems Administrator to join our team and manage the infrastructure and systems of our WooCommerce-based e-commerce platforms and help launch new brands as well. This is a dream job for the right person, combining technical expertise, an ability to figure out issues and a consistent chill environment!
We may even give you general tasks and we’ll pay you to learn and stay up to date with industry knowledge and new skills as well. This position offers room to grow and learn as well. We will also pay nice bonuses for performance.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Understanding of scripting languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Bash).
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and tools.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques for WooCommerce.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to new software and technologies
• Knowledge and use of AI is a plus but not mandatory

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for WooCommerce.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure security.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Implement and manage regular updates and patches for all systems.
• Provide support for critical systems and i ---------- .
