Outdoor Youtube Video Editor needed!

I’m looking for a video editor for a YouTube channel focused on outdoor content (Flying Airplanes, Overnight Camping, Fishing, Cooking, Hiking, and Nature in Alaska). Each episode is built from 3-7 hours of multi-camera footage and needs to become an 18-25-minute film that feels immersive, unhurried, and will be almost entirely word-free.

If you love outdoor storytelling through a video and can transform hours of mostly raw wilderness footage into a calm, polished viewing experience, I’d love to hear from you. Looking for a good working relationship that is willing to be hired full time. To start I have multiple raw files need to be converted to that 18-25 minute film.
After this we will have content every couple weeks needed to edit so good communication and reliability are essential. Examples of Youtube videos I’m looking for.

What matters most to me is the first 5 Second HOOK in the video (Showcasing what happens in this episode). Long for video(18-25-minute) with Clean cuts, well-timed ambient music blended with crisp natural sound. No flashy transitions, speed-ramps, or effects—just a simple cinematic style that lets the scenery, being in the wild, do the storytelling. Youtube short teasers > 60 seconds to gain audiences build the channel pacing. Minimal to no Talking throughout all videos.

Typical workflow
• Receive raw files (mostly 4K, multi cameras and drone).  
. From raw 3-7 hours of video and Build a coherent narrative that foregrounds the best action for the end result video. Flying, camping ---------- nts, fishing, camp-fire, cooking, and sweeping landscape B-roll.  
• Occasional keyframe scaling edits, light color correction, stabilization, looking for consistent, natural look.  
• Layer ambient music and authentic location sound for a relaxing feel when traveling to destination or on scenery shots. No Music in most on location shots.  
• Export a edit format to me for any additional fine tuning. Typical video desired length 18-25-minute 4K edit format near YouTube-ready master video plus, Hook Video and multiple short teasers to gain audiences build the channel with a (?60 s) for YouTube Shorts.
