We're seeking professional, remote outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDR) with extremely good English language skills based in the Philippines to join our team.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses in the construction, manufacturing, environmental and related industries. You will engage decision-makers about their safety training needs, promote upcoming courses, and connect both current customers and prospects with the right CSOT solutions.
This is a remote contractor position with full-time hours (max 40 hours). You will collaborate daily with our U.S. sales team through chat, CRM tools, and video meetings.
We offer compensation that includes hourly pay, bonuses and commission that rewards those who are able to represent our company in a positive manner, build relationships and close sales.
Core Responsibilities
• Make a minimum of 120+ outbound calls per day to U.S. companies to promote our courses and services
• Speak with decision-makers to discover immediate training needs and long-term safety compliance goals
• Qualify leads, record notes, and update customer data in the CRM
• Schedule enrollments or hand off larger prospects to Account Executives
• Follow CSOT’s outreach scripts, discovery questions, and objection-handling tools
• Communicate with the team through chat and video meetings during U.S. work hours
• Submit daily activity and performance reports
• Provide your own computer, headset, and high-speed internet connection, required for clear calls and consistent
performance
Must-Have Requirements
• Excellent English language skills with an above average English vocabulary.
• The ability to speak and understand and converse with English speaking professionals on the telephone
• Ability to work night-time hours to reach clients during U.S. business hours
• Prior experience closing sales in an individual or call center setting.
• A recent, reliable computer, quality headset, and stable high-speed internet
• Experience following scripts, documenting activity, and the ability to communicate in a team environment
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Experience selling to U.S.-based business professionals by phone every day
• Experience in “relationship-based” selling with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with new and existing
customers, asking thoughtful discovery questions, and matching customers with the right solution
• Located in the Philippines with a reliable home office setup
• At least 1 year of outbound B2B sales or appointment setting
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills and customer follow-through
• Proficient using computer software, CRM systems, and communication tools
• Positive, motivated individual who is goal oriented
