Outbound Sales Rep (Cold Calling + Email)

We're a US-based B2B company selling payment hardware to resellers and merchants nationwide. We're looking for an outbound sales rep who can run phone and email outreach to bring in new business.

What you'll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to prospects every day
- Sending cold email outreach from a dedicated sending domain (kept separate from our main domain to protect deliverability)
- Working leads through our CRM and keeping it clean
- Booking and closing deals

This is high ticket B2B sales. Base pay is $500/month plus 2% commission on what you close. The commission is where the real money is. Our average deals are large, so a hungry rep who works the phones and inbox hard can earn well above the base. We want someone who treats this like their own business and chases the close.

You need to be comfortable with:
- Attio CRM
- Apollo
- Shopify
- Slack
- Notion

Requirements:
Real outbound sales experience (calls and cold email, not just appointment setting)
Clear spoken and written English
Reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls
Self-motivated and consistent
