About Frost Tech
Frost Tech is a Las Vegas-based Managed IT Services company serving small and mid-size businesses across Nevada and beyond. We’ve built a reputation on relationships — our client retention over four years is nearly perfect, and we intend to keep it that way as we scale.
We’re not a generic MSP. We run a purpose-built tech stack including Microsoft 365, Proofpoint, SentinelOne MDR, and the Frost Wall — our own proprietary white-labeled firewall solution. We are a certified Microsoft partner and backed by TD Synnex.
We’re looking for a driven, professional SDR to build our pipeline from the ground up. You’ll work directly with our founder — a veteran with over $10 million in personal sales — who will close every deal you bring in.
What You’ll Do
Your job is simple: find the right companies, reach the right people, and book qualified meetings. That’s it.
Daily responsibilities:
• Research and build targeted prospect lists of Las Vegas-area businesses
• Identify decision-makers via LinkedIn, Apollo, and similar tools
• Send personalized cold
• Make outbound cold calls
• Follow up consistently and professionally
• Qualify opportunities before scheduling
• Book meetings directly on the CEO’s calendar
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM records (HubSpot preferred)
• Continuously refine messaging based on what’s working
Who You’ll Be Targeting
Las Vegas businesses in industries such as:
• Law firms and professional services
• Medical and dental offices
• Real estate brokerages
• Accounting and CPA firms
• Construction companies
• Cannabis operators
• Any business with 20–200 employees that relies on technology to operate
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English
• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience
• Proven cold calling experience
• Cold
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo
• High-speed internet, quiet home office, reliable computer
Bonus Qualifications
Experience selling any of the following is a strong plus:
• Managed IT or MSP services
• Cybersecurity
• Microsoft 365 or cloud services
• SaaS or technology solutions
What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: Learn the Frost Tech story, our services, our target market, and our messaging. Begin prospecting and making calls.
Days 31–60: Booking consistent meetings weekly. Pipeline is growing.
Day 90+: Delivering 10–15 qualified meetings per month with the right decision-makers at the right companies.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $700–$1,000 USD/month (based on experience)
• $25 per qualified meeting that shows (paid monthly)
• Additional commission on closed business — if your meeting turns into a client, you earn ongoing commission
• Paid holidays after probation period
• Long-term role with a clear path to Account Executive or Sales Manager as the team grows
