Outbound - Customer Service Rep - Car Dealership

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Service Call Center Representative to support a high-volume car dealership by making outbound calls, sending texts, and following up with customers about their vehicle service needs. This is a remote position that follows a US Eastern Time schedule.

This role is fast-paced and repetitive, requiring high-volume outbound calling (175+ calls per day). You must be comfortable staying focused, following scripts, and working through a structured call list daily. If you prefer variety, this role may not be suitable. However, if you are disciplined, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive workflows, this is a strong opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Make 175+ outbound calls per day to customers regarding upcoming or overdue vehicle service
Leave voicemails and send follow-up texts and emails to drive engagement
Use dealership software to schedule service appointments
Follow structured daily call campaigns including service reminders, inspections, and promotions
Accurately track and log all customer interactions in internal systems
Maintain professional and clear communication at all times

What You Need to Succeed

Fluent, clear English with a neutral or US-friendly accent (high standard required)
Previous call center experience is highly preferred
Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume outbound calls
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
Ability to follow scripts and handle basic customer inquiries after training
Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet work environment
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, US Eastern Time hours

Nice to Have

Experience working with a car dealership or vehicle service-related role
Familiarity with CRM or power dialer tools such as Aircall, Podio, or GoTo

This role requires discipline, consistency, and focus.
