Outbound Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

We’re hiring experienced Remote Appointment Setters who have at least 2 years of experience in appointment setting and / or outbound cold calling. If you're confident on the phone, know how to handle objections, and close leads—this is for you!
We are only bringing on 5 agents to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Use a power dialer for outbound calls
2. Book qualified appointments consistently
3. Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
4. Reach and exceed performance goals

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 year of appointment setting / outbound cold calling experience (not customer service)
2. Confident and persuasive communicator
3. Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
4. Familiarity with power dialers
5. Reliable internet and backup

Compensation:
Rate: $4–$8/hour
Bonuses and performance-based incentives

***All new hires start at a base rate of $4/hour. Rate increases are performance-based and may go up to $8/hour depending on consistency, goal achievement, and overall performance.
