Outbound Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Our company is growing fast, and we’re looking for Appointment Setters who can call cold leads, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our sales team.

Role Expectations
As an Appointment Setter, you will:

1. Call outbound and inbound leads
2. Handle and qualify cold leads based on the criteria provided during training
3. Book appointments for the sales team
4. Meet the minimum requirement of 3 appointments per day
5. Achieve at least 10 held appointments per month

***This is NOT a customer service role — this is real appointment setting with real growth potential.

Compensation:
1. Starting Rate: $4/hour
2. Performance-Based Increases: Up to $8/hour
3. Bonuses + Incentives Available
4. Bi-weekly pay for qualified hires

***All new hires start at a base rate of $4/hour. Rate increases are performance-based and may go up to $8/hour depending on consistency, goal achievement, and overall performance.
