Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter — Remote Recruiting Calls

We are looking for a reliable, confident, and coachable outbound caller / appointment setter to help contact recruiting leads and schedule appointments with our Expansion Team.

This role is focused on calling people who may be interested in learning about a remote financial services career path. Your job is not to sell products or close people. Your main responsibility is to call leads, follow a script, ask basic qualifying questions, send follow-up messages when needed, keep accurate notes, and schedule appointments with the Expansion Team.

Most outbound calling will be done through CloudTalk. You may also use a CRM system for basic notes, statuses, and lead updates.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls using CloudTalk
* Contact new recruiting leads quickly and professionally
* Follow a provided call script
* Ask basic qualifying questions
* Schedule qualified prospects for appointments with the Expansion Team
* Send basic follow-up messages when needed
* Leave clear notes after conversations
* Update lead status and appointment details in the system
* Track daily activity, including calls made, conversations, appointments booked, and follow-up needs
* Follow up with prospects who do not answer right away
* Communicate clearly with the team about appointment results and lead quality

What We Are Looking For

* Fluent or highly conversational in English
* Confident speaking on the phone
* Comfortable calling people in the United States
* Able to follow a script without sounding robotic
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable with attendance and communication
* Coachable and willing to improve
* Comfortable using calling software such as CloudTalk
* Able to keep accurate notes
* Able to work independently after training
* Focused on booking quality appointments

Experience Preferred

Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:

* Cold calling
* Appointment setting
* Recruiting calls
* Outbound dialing software
* CloudTalk or similar dialer systems
* CRM updates and basic lead tracking
* Sales development
* Phone-based customer service
* Real estate, mortgage, solar, staffing, insurance, or financial services calls

We are willing to train the right person if they are reliable, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people.

Schedule

This role requires working during United States Pacific Time business hours.

Monday to Friday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time

This is an overnight shift in the Philippines, so please only apply if you are comfortable working overnight hours.

Compensation

Pay will be based on experience.

* Follow-up completion

* Ability to follow the script and improve through coaching

Important Notes

This is not a simple data entry role. You must be comfortable speaking with people on the phone every day.

The goal is not just to make calls. The goal is to have quality conversations and schedule qualified appointments with the Expansion Team.
