JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Outbound Call Center Representative to contact leads, identify interested prospects, and transfer qualified individuals to licensed insurance agents.

This is not a sales position. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls, following a script, building rapport, identifying interest, and transferring qualified prospects to our licensed team.

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads from our dialing system
Follow company scripts and processes
Identify interested prospects
Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents
Document call outcomes in our CRM
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Meet daily activity and transfer goals

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English
Prior outbound calling or call center experience
Reliable internet connection
Quiet work environment
Professional communication skills
Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Life insurance experience
Final expense experience
Appointment setting experience
Lead generation or transfer experience
