Launch & Found is hiring a dedicated Business Development Representative to own the top of our sales funnel: sourcing prospects, getting them on the phone, and booking qualified appointments for our closer. This is a senior, phone-first role for an experienced outbound professional who runs independently and holds themselves to a high standard.

Launch & Found is a SaaS and growth marketing agency for local service businesses. We specialize in scaling brands with paid advertising. We also give clients one system that gets them found and gets them booked: a conversion-focused website, missed-call text-back, automated lead follow-up, review generation, and local SEO, all on one flat monthly rate. Clients ready to scale add professional video and an AI receptionist. Our market is local business owners across Canada and the US.
We are a small, fast-moving team that takes pride in excellent work and treats its people well.
The Role
You will own the entire top of our sales funnel, from first list to booked meeting.
- You source your own prospects. We do not hand you lists. You build them, with the owner's name and direct line: local service businesses (contractors, trades, home services, and similar owner-operated companies) across Canada and the US.
- You reach the right person. You build rapport with whoever answers, turn the gatekeeper into an ally, and get to the decision-maker.
- You sell the meeting. You will not close the deal yourself, our closer does that, but you are selling on every call: opening with confidence, creating genuine interest, handling objections, and booking the appointment.

- A pipeline you have sourced yourself
- 75 to 150+ quality dials per day
- 8+ qualified appointments booked each week
- An accurate, up-to-date CRM your closer can rely on
What You Bring
- Several years of outbound phone sales, appointment setting, or SDR experience
- A proven ability to build B2B lead lists from scratch with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Google Maps
- Confidence and warmth on the phone, with a calm, skilled way of handling objections and gatekeepers
- The instinct to sell an outcome to a busy, skeptical owner-operator, not just pitch features
- Clear, easy-to-understand English (our buyers are in Canada and the US)
- The discipline to run your own desk with minimal supervision
