We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech and Automations Expert to lead the development, deployment, and scaling of a cutting-edge AI-powered lead generation, email marketing, and CRM automation platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work closely with the founder to architect and execute a world-class outreach infrastructure from the ground up.

About the Project
Our goal is to build a full-stack system that scrapes leads, verifies data, deduplicates records, and runs omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, voice, and social platforms — all integrated into a central CRM. We're prioritizing revenue-generating components first and expanding into advanced automation and optimization modules.

Responsibilities
• Oversee full architecture and build of AI-driven lead generation and campaign automation system.
• Manage a team of developers (or work as a solo builder) to complete milestones on time.
• Integrate email, SMS, voice, and bot outreach systems with CRM and campaign tracking dashboards.
• Ensure all systems are APNIC-compliant and deployed on a secure infrastructure hosted offshore.
• Implement GitHub source control and setup daily backup to cloud + local USA servers.
• Optimize scraping and messaging tools for deliverability, compliance, and performance.
• Run QA and testing protocols, including campaign test batches with tracked KPIs.
• Communicate progress weekly via ---------- (or similar) with clear milestone reporting.

Requirements
• 5+ years full-stack development experience (Python, Node.js, React, etc.).
• Proven experience building email marketing, scraping, or lead management platforms.
• Comfortable with system architecture, security, and server configuration.
• Experience with SMTP, SMS gateways (e.g., Twilio), SIP/Voice integration a plus.
• Must understand anti-spam and compliance protocols (e.g., CAN-SPAM, opt-out management).
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work full-time and commit to project completion and iterations post-launch.
