Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support daily order processing operations for our Amazon and eBay stores. This role is primarily focused on accurate and timely order fulfillment, with occasional involvement in basic customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily orders from Amazon and eBay with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and within required timelines
Update order statuses and upload tracking information as needed
Respond to basic customer inquiries, including order updates and delivery-related questions
Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with customers
Requirements:
Must be based in the Philippines
Required: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written English communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes and instructions consistently
Reliable internet connection
Responsive and dependable in a remote work environment
