As an Order Confirmation Agent, you will be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring the accuracy of customer orders before they are dispatched. Your primary role involves contacting customers via phone and text to confirm order details, making necessary adjustments, and reducing the potential for returns (RTS).
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to revenue growth through upselling during the confirmation process. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing a smooth customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Order Verification: Contact customers via phone calls and text messages to meticulously confirm order details, including name, address, items ordered, and quantity, ensuring accuracy before booking delivery.
Messenger Monitoring: Actively monitor Messenger and other communication channels for any customer requests to modify orders before the confirmation call/text.
Order Adjustments: Accurately update orders in Shopify based on customer confirmation or requested changes.
Upselling: Identify opportunities during the confirmation call to politely offer complementary products to customers, aiming to increase the average order value.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries related to their order confirmation professionally and efficiently, addressing any concerns.
Reporting: Compile and submit daily reports detailing key metrics such as the number of orders attempted, confirmed, unconfirmed, cancelled during confirmation, and adjusted. Include qualitative insights from customer conversations (e.g., common questions, objections).
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and alignment on operational goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, verification, or a related role requiring phone/text communication is preferred but not essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino. Must be comfortable and clear making phone calls.
Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous and accurate in verifying information and recording data.
Reliability: Dependable and committed to meeting targets and adhering to the work schedule.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, smartphones, messaging apps, and online platforms like Shopify (training provided).
Self-Driven: Motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer queries or minor issues calmly and effectively during the confirmation process.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Competitive monthly salary (PHP 16,000 with twice a year increases).
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for hitting or exceeding targets.
Benefits: Includes government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and paid leave entitlements upon regularization.
Contract: Full-time employee status following a 6-month probationary period, with regularization based on performance review. Performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Order Confirmation Rate and Order Confirmation Delay.
Work Setup:
Location: This is a fully remote position.
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PHT (includes a 1-hour break).
Equipment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work.
