Operations manager for YouTube and Admin Assistant

YouTube Operations VA / Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and
proactive Virtual Assistant / Operations Manager to help
manage multiple faceless YouTube channels in the space,
AI/future tech, and educational content niches.
This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth as
our media company expands.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage YouTube production workflow
• Organize scripts, voiceovers, thumbnails, and edited
videos
• Communicate with video editors, thumbnail designers,
voice actors, and scriptwriters
• Upload and schedule YouTube videos
• Manage Google Drive folders and file organization
• Track deadlines and ensure content is delivered on time
• Maintain Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management
systems
• Help with basic administrative tasks and online research
• Monitor YouTube analytics and organize reports
• Assist with social media posting and scheduling when
needed
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized and dependable
• Experience working with YouTube channels or digital
media teams preferred
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Slack, Trello, ClickUp, or
Asana
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and meet
deadlines
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Experience with faceless YouTube automation
• Thumbnail review experience
• Basic understanding of viral content and YouTube
retention
• Social media management experience
• Canva or light graphic design skills
