We are a U.S.-based due diligence and research company serving attorneys, lenders, title companies, financial institutions, and corporate clients nationwide since 2002.
We help clients obtain critical business, legal, corporate, and public records information used in lending, legal, compliance, real estate, and corporate transactions throughout the United States.
We are currently rebuilding significant portions of our operational infrastructure, processes, systems, and team structure.

This Is Not a Traditional Operations Role
We are not looking for someone to maintain an operation that is already fully built.
We are looking for someone who can help build it.
This role is for a builder, problem solver, and operational leader who enjoys creating structure, accountability, visibility, and scalable systems where they do not yet exist.
You should enjoy:

Your Mission
Work directly with ownership to help transform a founder-led service company into a scalable, system-driven organization capable of delivering operational excellence, accountability, consistency, and sustainable growth.
Over time, this role is expected to become a key leadership position within the organization, helping shape team structure, performance standards, reporting frameworks, operational governance, and the systems that support future growth.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to create operational structure, accountability, visibility, scalability, and measurable business improvement.

What You'll Do
• Analyze and document how work currently moves through the organization
• Design and implement scalable operational workflows
• Build accountability, reporting, and performance management systems
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and operational visibility
• Create structure where processes are currently informal or inconsistent
• Develop SOPs, operational standards, and governance frameworks
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support team development, performance, and accountability
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and operational priorities
• Help build the operational foundation required for future growth and scalability
• Help establish scalable operational processes that support business development, client growth, and future expansion

What We're Looking For
Required
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Operational Excellence, or Team Leadership
• Experience building, designing, or improving systems and processes from scratch
• Experience leading remote teams
• Strong leadership — able to hold staff accountable and train new hires
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Ability to operate independently and drive execution
• Comfortable working in an environment where not every process is already defined
• Resourceful, independent, proactive — a problem-solver who creates order where none exists
Strongly Preferred
• Startup, entrepreneurial, or high-growth business experience
• Experience working directly with U.S.-based teams, business owners, clients, or organizations
• Experience supporting distributed or international teams across multiple time zones
• Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience
• Experience implementing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and accountability systems
• Experience managing through organizational change or growth
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and operational technology
• Experience in legal services, research, title, mortgage, compliance, outsourcing, professional services, or related industries

Compensation & Growth
Starting at $1,500 USD/month.
Higher compensation may be available based on experience, leadership capability, industry expertise, and demonstrated results.
Performance bonuses and long-term advancement opportunities are available for exceptional performers.
