We are a fast-paced digital agency looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee our growing team of Customer Success Specialists. We don't just need a manager; we need a leader who can drive sales results and maintain high service standards.
Your main goal is to ensure your team hits their daily targets. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, providing coaching, and ensuring the team remains motivated and productive. If you have experience managing teams in a Sales, BPO, or VA environment, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight: Manage the daily schedules and attendance of a team of 2-10 agents.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Regularly review chat/email logs to ensure agents are following the correct scripts and sales strategies.
- Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to underperforming agents and help them improve their conversion rates.
- Reporting: Track daily KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and report end-of-day numbers to upper management.
- Problem Solving: Handle escalated issues or difficult situations that agents cannot resolve on their own.
Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: You must understand sales psychology well enough to teach it to others.
- Strong English: You need excellent written English to correct your team’s grammar and phrasing.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and comfortable managing remote communication tools.
- Tough but Fair: You are disciplined and hold your team accountable, but you also know how to encourage them.
