We’re searching for an Operations Systems Architect — someone who lives and breathes organization. You love folders, structure, workflows, and clean systems. You think in categories, lists, numbers, and clarity. You’re the type who feels peace when everything has a place.

Your Mission
Build and manage the operational backbone of our production company — inside ClickUp, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.
1. Optimize Workflows in ClickUp (Core Priority)
Design clear pipelines for every project: from pre-production ? shooting ? post ? delivery.
Set automated reminders and ensure tasks never go stagnant.
Track freelancer deadlines and deliverables.
Build pre-shoot and post-shoot checklists (gear, communication, client expectations).
Constantly refine the system for speed and clarity.
2. Finance & Admin Coordination
Track payments and send gentle reminders to clients.
Make sure freelancers are paid on time.
Collect and organize all invoices, receipts, and W-9s in one master folder.
3. Build & Maintain Databases
Company templates: contracts, proposals, and email replies.
Freelancer database: rates, skills, and reliability.
Project insights: what went wrong, what we learned, and how to improve next time.

Tools You’ll Use
ClickUp (core system for project & task management)
Dropbox (creative assets & admin archives)
Google Drive / Sheets (finance + reporting)
Canva (template design)

What We’re Looking For
You love organization. Folders, naming systems, color codes, templates — it’s your language.
Proven experience building ClickUp / Asana / Notion systems.
Detail-oriented, self-driven, and methodical.
Bonus: background in media production, post, or creative teams.

Compensation & Growth
$5/hour (part-time, remote)
10–20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Option to grow into a full-time operations manager after performance review.
