Operations Monitoring Virtual Assistant (Packaging Performance Tracker)

WinFast is looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to monitor our warehouse operations and track employee packing performance throughout the day.

You will be responsible for reviewing live security camera feeds, tracking employee productivity, and maintaining accurate daily reports that help management improve warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor warehouse security camera feeds during assigned hours
* Track how many orders each packer completes
* Record productivity for each employee throughout the shift
* Categorize shipments by type:
* Single-item shipments
* Multi-item shipments
* Priority shipments
* Standard/Ground shipments
* Maintain detailed spreadsheets and daily reports
* Identify productivity trends and performance issues
* Report daily packing totals and efficiency metrics
* Verify workflow accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Ability to focus for long periods while monitoring video feeds
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Strong organizational skills
* Good written English communication
* Experience with logistics, operations, warehouse management, or data entry is a plus
