About the Role
We are a growing service-based business looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support both our daily shop operations and marketing execution.
This role sits between our operations engine and marketing engine. Accuracy, follow-through, and calm communication are critical. This is not a beginner role and not a “social media only” position.

Build and send
Send SMS campaigns (reminders, promotions, follow-ups)
Edit short-form content:
Reels / short videos
Captions
Basic thumbnails
Repurpose content across platforms
Maintain and update the content calendar

Respond to customer:
Email
Text messages
Website inquiries
Handle FAQs confidently using provided scripts
Route issues properly to:
Service advisors
Parts
Warranty support
Maintain a professional, calm tone at all times

Log parts orders accurately
Track warranty claims
Follow up with vendors
Update statuses in internal systems
Flag delays or issues early
(This role saves technicians and advisors significant time, so accuracy matters.)

Book customer appointments
Confirm and reschedule appointments
Send reminders
Fill schedule gaps when cancellations occur

Input advisor hours
Cross-check hours against schedules
Flag inconsistencies (missed punches, overtime risks)
