• The Mission •
As our Operations Manager, your ultimate goal is to create operational excellence that enables speed-to-scale. You will be the architect of our internal ecosystem. Reducing friction, building repeatable processes, and ensuring flawless day-to-day execution as we enter our next phase of business growth.
•• Key Outcomes You’ll Own:
• Operational Flawlessness: Maintain an elite standard of execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time completion of daily team tasks and client deliverables.
• System Architecture: Build, document, and maintain our key business systems, CRM, and Single Source of Truth to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Team Scaling: Build a robust hiring and onboarding process from scratch, enabling us to acquire key roles within 90 days and fully onboard new hires within 30 days.
• SOP Adherence: Establish, update, and drive 100% team adoption of standard operating procedures across all departments.
•• What You’ll Do Daily ••
••••• Systems & Process Engineering
• Document, update, and enforce robust SOPs across all departments to eliminate "dropped balls."
• Design and optimize tools, automations, and our company-wide tech stack to maximize team efficiency.
• Audit existing workflows consistently to eliminate friction and bottlenecks.
••••• Project & Task Execution
• Create, manage, and oversee project timelines, dependencies, and execution from kickoff to completion.
• Build and optimize task management systems so the team always knows their highest-priority focus.
••••• Team Enablement & Recruitment
• Own the hiring pipeline and create structured training processes.
• Train and mentor new tea
••••• Day-to-Day Oversight & Reporting
• Maintain total visibility into daily operations to proactively solve issues before they escalate.
• Maintain internal dashboards, trackers, and checklists to report clear project statuses directly to the CEO.
• Facilitate seamless company-wide communication via an intentional meeting structure.
