Loop Lasso is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing smooth and efficient operations, managing day-to-day tasks, implementing policies and procedures, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. The role requires effective data management skills, including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support operations and drive strategic goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory management: Tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and identifying potential stock shortages across Shopify and Amazon.
Order fulfillment: Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, managing the picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Logistics and transportation management: Coordinating with shipping carriers and logistics providers, optimizing shipping routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Quality control: Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
Process improvement: Identifying areas where processes can be improved to increase efficiency and reduce costs, and implementing changes to optimize operations.
Vendor management: Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet the company's quality standards.
Data analysis: Analyzing data related to operations, such as sales trends, inventory levels, and shipping costs, in order to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Customer service support: Working closely with the customer support team to ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years experience in Operations Management with an eCommerce business.
Strong understanding of all aspects of operations management, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, quality control, and process improvement.
Effective communication skills including the ability to communicate with tea
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage tea
Proficient in data analysis, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify problems, develop creative solutions, and implement changes to improve operations.
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of operations are executed with precision and accuracy.
Technical proficiency in the use of various software and tools, including Shopify, Shipstation, Trello, Google Sheets
Strong customer service orientation, including the ability to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
