JOB OVERVIEW

Operations Manager (Systems & Customer Journey)

About the Role:

The Cash Compound helps people understand and move through financial education in a clear journey, from learning the basics of life insurance and annuities, all the way to becoming long-term, confident clients.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can connect all the moving parts behind that journey — funnels, CRM, automations, content, webinars, and client onboarding — into one smooth system.

This is not a task management role. It’s a systems-building role. You’ll be designing how leads move through the business and how every touchpoint connects.

We work across multiple industries like finance, insurance, coaching, consulting, and marketing — so flexibility and systems thinking is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build and improve the systems that guide a lead from first contact to long-term client
* Connect funnels, CRM pipelines, emails, SMS, and onboarding into one flow
* Set up and manage automations across tools like GoHighLevel and Zapier
* Organize CRM systems (tags, pipelines, segments, contact stages)
* Build landing pages, forms, and lead capture systems
* Manage webinar and event workflows (registration, reminders, follow-ups)
* Support membership areas, course delivery, and client portals
* Make sure all tools are properly connected and working together
* Write simple SOPs so systems are easy to follow and scale
* Find problems in the system and improve them

Tools You’ll Work With:
You don’t need to master all of them, but you should be comfortable learning and working inside systems like:

* GoHighLevel
* Zapier
* ClickUp
* Notion
* Slack
* WebinarGeek
* StreamYard
* Shopify
* DocuSign

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience building or managing systems for online businesses
* Strong understanding of funnels, CRM flows, and customer journeys
* Hands-on experience with automation tools (especially GoHighLevel or similar)
* Ability to connect multiple tools into one working system
* Clear thinker who can simplify complex workflows
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Self-starter who improves systems without being told

Nice to Have:
* Experience with webinars or live events funnels
* Experience with online courses or membership platforms
* Background in marketing funnels or lead generation
* Experience working in small, fast-moving teams

Work Setup
We are open to:
* Part-time contract (10–20 hours/week to start), or
* Full-time role for the right person

We’re especially interested in someone who wants to grow into a long-term operations lead.

How to Apply
Please send:
* A short introduction about your experience with systems or operations
* Examples of automations or workflows you’ve built
* Tools you’ve used most
* Your availability (part-time or full-time)

Required:

*A short Loom video (2–3 minutes)
? Explain one system or automation you built and how it works
*Screenshots or documentation of your workflows or systems

Scenario Question:
A contact replies “YES” to an SMS invite for a live training.
Explain how you would build a system that:

* Moves them into the correct event pipeline
* Sends them a calendar booking link
* Tracks attendance
* Tags them as attended if they show up
* Re-invites only attendees to the next month’s event

Explain your triggers, tags, and workflow logic.
