We are a US-based digital content agency. We produce 50+ videos a month for a small roster of creators and brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — and we're scaling fast.
I'm the founder and creative lead. I need an Operations Manager to be my right hand — the person who runs the machine so the work ships like clockwork and I stay on the creative. This is the most important hire on my team. Every morning I should wake up to deliverables ready to review (a
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the content calendar and production pipeline — every idea, shoot, edit, and post tracked from concept to upload
- Manage the team day to day: assign work to editors, the researcher, and the graphic designer; keep everyone unblocked and on deadline; prioritize by what's due
- QA every deliverable before it reaches me — captions, audio, brief match, the standard
- Schedule, publish, and tag content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube on a daily / every-1–2-day cadence
- Manage the footage bank and file system (
- Build and maintain SOPs so the team runs smoothly and new hires ramp fast
- Give me short daily priority updates — what shipped, what's at risk, what you need fro
- Light admin: help send agreements and invoices, onboard new clients
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years in operations / project management / client success for a video, content, or social media agency (not corporate marketing)
- Calm, organized, a finisher — you live in a PM tool and have a system for everything
- A team leader people respect and respond to
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proactive — you chase loose ends without being asked and flag problems early
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work

Full-time, 40 hrs/week, US Eastern hours (a graveyard shift in PH, so I have deliverables ready in my morning)
Long-term — I'm building a team, not filling a gap. Real path to grow into running operations as we add clients and editors.
Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 /mo depending on experience
