Now we’re looking for a high-caliber Operations / Project Manager to help us scale cleanly and aggressively.
This is not a “check tasks and send reminders” role.

This is for a systems-minded operator who likes speed, ownership, and building machines that actually work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Owning client projects end-to-end (onboarding ? delivery ? handoff)
• Keeping dev, fulfillment, sales, and leadership aligned
• Tracking deliverables, timelines, and KPIs inside ClickUp
• Building, maintaining, and optimizing automations using Zapier (required)
• Working with or building in n8n (strongly preferred)
• Implementing AI tools to remove bottlenecks and human error
• Identifying breakdowns before they become problems
• Making sure nothing slips and nothing stalls

If something breaks, you notice it first.
If something can be automated, you build it.

AI and automation experience is a BIG differentiator here.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Strong experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools
• Hands-on Zapier experience (not theory — real workflows)
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, AI agents, automation, etc.)
• Clear communication and ownership mindset

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
• n8n experience
• Experience supporting agency fulfillment or coaching programs
• Experience scaling ops from chaos to clean systems
• A bias toward action over perfection
