We’re now hiring an Operations Manager to streamline workflows, optimize internal operations, and keep our high-growth machine running smoothly.

Your Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives in an agency environment—someone who understands the pressure, the pace, and the precision it takes to deliver results in the Google Ads ecosystem.

You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, owning project workflows in ClickUp, aligning cross-functional teams, and continuously improving our operational systems. This role is critical in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
- Own project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Improve and document internal processes and SOPs across ClickUp
- Manage workflows between media buyers, creatives, and tech teams
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove friction from execution
- Track deliverables, follow up, and maintain accountability across departments
- Ensure clear communication and alignment on top priorities

What We’re Looking For
Agency experience is mandatory—preferably in a high-performance Google Ads agency or similar digital marketing environment.

- Deep understanding of client delivery, ad ops, and creative/tech coordination
- Experience managing tasks and systems in ClickUp or similar tools
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-moving, remote team
