About the Role
We’re looking for a high-agency, detail-obsessed, and analytical Operations Manager to oversee daily execution and drive efficiency across our fast-growing e-commerce business.
This is a core leadership role — you will ensure that projects, launches, and ongoing operations run smoothly across multiple teams and time zones. You’ll work closely with the founder to translate strategy into execution, monitor KPIs, solve operational bottlenecks, and manage cross-team priorities.

We are MONÉGASQUE LLC, a US-based company with international operations in the US, UK, and Canada. We specialize in high-quality edible decorations (glitter, luster dust, and more) for cakes, pastries, cocktails, and culinary experiences.
We sell across Amazon FBA and other e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction. We are growing quickly and need an Operations Manager who can keep pace with our speed and ambition.
Your Responsibilities
Operations & Project Management
Oversee daily operations across Amazon, supply chain, marketing, and creative teams
Translate founder priorities into clear project plans with deadlines, owners, and measurable outcomes
Manage cross-functional trackers, SOPs, and reporting dashboards to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Track KPIs like inventory health, PPC efficiency, TACoS, and operational timelines — flagging risks early
Execution & Problem-Solving
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions before they become major issues
Manage product launch timelines from supplier coordination to listing optimization
Ensure compliance with safety, packaging, and Amazon policy requirements
Communicate effectively with suppliers, designers, and freelancers to hit deadlines
Continuous Improvement
Audit and improve existing processes for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
Implement automation or tool-based solutions to reduce manual workload
Provide weekly operational reports with key updates, issues, and next steps
Who We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in e-commerce or Amazon operations (FBA preferred)
Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines
Analytical skills — able to work with data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Excellent written and spoken English
High initiative — you see what needs to be done and do it without waiting to be told
Experience with tools like SmartSuite or similar PM systems
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Supply chain coordination or international logistics experience
Amazon Seller Central expertise (listings, inventory, compliance)
Familiarity with PPC reports, ad performance metrics, or marketing dashboards
