Operations Manager / Director Needed

A small but growing firm in Vancouver is looking for an Operations Manager/Director to join the team working directly with the President of the company and other staff members.

You must adapt well, be flexible and think on your feet as we all learn together through exciting change. We are looking for a multi-tasker and someone who can pick up information quickly and learn like a sponge.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee operational activities of the department.
- Manage quality assurance programs.
- Strategize process improvements to ensure that each task is completed on time.
- Other responsibilities as required

REQUIREMENTS
- B2B Tech Startup (or high growth company) experience
- Experience managing a team of 5+ people for more than 4 years
- Experience as an Operations manager or similar for 4+ years
- Experience managing multiple departments within
- Highly skilled communicator / multitasker
- Experience creating strategies for growth
- Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or similar
- SaaS experience is a plus.
- Expert in working from home with high speed internet, fast computer and up to date art software
