We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with deep ClickUp expertise to design, build, and implement scalable operational systems—not to chase daily tasks.
Your role is to act as a system architect, ensuring our operations can run smoothly through well-designed processes, clear accountability, and strong documentation, while coordinating with our Team Manager and execution staff.
This role allows the founder to focus only on outcomes, not day-to-day operations.
Scope of Work
Architect and set up ClickUp from scratch (spaces, folders, lists, workflows, statuses, dashboards)
Design scalable operational systems for execution, QA, reporting, and accountability
Create clear, repeatable SOPs for core workflows
Build tracking and reporting systems (ClickUp dashboards, Google Sheets, Airtable)
Define quality-control and escalation flows
Coordinate with the Team Manager to ensure systems are followed
Train the Team Manager and tea
Ensure operations run independently without founder involvement
Important Notes
This is not a daily execution or task-follow-up role
You will build systems, document them, and hand over execution to the Team Manager
Success is measured by clarity, scalability, and operational independence

Proven experience setting up ClickUp from scratch
Strong operations and systems-thinking mindset
Ability to design workflows, not just manage tasks
Clear SOP documentation skills
Experience working with remote teams and managers
Comfortable coordinating through managers rather than direct execution
