About Us
We are a start-up AI automation company that helps businesses streamline operations through AI, automation, accounting, and technology. We're looking for someone who can organize people, create accountability, improve processes, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will be responsible for making sure our entire team stays productive and focused on the right priorities.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility is making sure our business runs smoothly every day. You won't necessarily perform all of the work yourself; you'll make sure the right people are doing the work, on time and at a high standard. You'll become the central point of coordination for the company.

Responsibilities
Team Management
• Hold employees accountable for deadlines
• Assign and prioritize tasks
• Monitor workloads
• Follow up on incomplete work
• Remove roadblocks that prevent progress
• Ensure quality standards are met
Project Management
• Track multiple client and internal projects
• Make sure projects move forward without constant supervision
• Coordinate between departments
• Update leadership on project status
• Identify bottlenecks before they become problems
Operations
• Create and improve workflows
• Build SOPs and documentation
• Improve team efficiency
• Recommend process improvements
• Help implement new systems and automations
Marketing Oversight
Ensure that:
• Social media content is consistently published
• Lead generation activities are happening daily
• Marketing campaigns stay on schedule
• Content deadlines are met
Reporting
Provide regular updates including:
• Team productivity
• Project status
• Completed work
• Delayed tasks
• Weekly priorities
• Operational recommendations

Compensation
We are offering a starting rate of $6-8/hour depending on experience, with the opportunity for a performance-based increase after a 90-day evaluation period.
We are looking for someone who can grow into a long-term operations leadership role within the company. As the business scales, compensation will scale with responsibility and performance.
