I’m hiring a Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to help with the day-to-day operations of my residential cleaning business.
This role will mainly involve scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to client texts, confirming appointments with cleaners, confirming details with clients, and helping keep the daily schedule organized. You will also assist with general administrative tasks, following up with leads, and making sure both clients and cleaners have the information they need.
A full training manual will be provided, so prior cleaning business experience is not required, although it is beneficial. The most important qualities for this role are strong English communication, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle calls and texts professionally.
Pay: $3 per hour (with commission structure in place)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Ideal candidate:
* Strong written and spoken English
* Comfortable answering phone calls and texting clients professionally
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a daily schedule
* Reliable and responsive during working hours
* Able to follow systems, procedures, and a training manual
* Experience with scheduling, customer service, or virtual assistant work is a plus
* GoHighLevel experience is preferred
* Proactive and willing to go above and beyond
Reliability and availability are extremely important for this position. Ideally, this should be your sole job during the scheduled working hours. We are looking for someone who can consistently show up every single day and remain available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. If you have multiple jobs, frequently schedule outside commitments during work hours, miss shifts, or become unavailable without proper communication, this will not be a good fit.
