Operations Manager – Freight Brokerage

What You'll Be Doing
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of our freight brokerage.
-Lead and support our brokerage and operations team.
-Make sure loads are covered, tracked, and delivered successfully.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers
-Help solve issues quickly when challenges arise.
-Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Work closely with sales to support customer growth and retention.
-Help improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive profitability.
-Track key metrics and report results to leadership.
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

What We're Looking For
-2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
-Previous leadership or management experience.
-Strong understanding of truckload operations and carrier management.
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Problem-solver who can make decisions confidently and effectively.
-Experience with TMS platforms and transportation technology is a plus.
