As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating internal processes, assisting with client and partner communications, and ensuring organizational excellence across departments.



Duties and Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
Coordinate internal operations, scheduling, and task management
Assist with onboarding processes for clients, partners, and tea ---------- mbers
Support contract management, documentation, and compliance tracking
Maintain and update CRM systems, internal dashboards, and reporting tools
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Assist with vendor communications and operational workflows
Monitor and improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability
Support finance-related admin tasks (invoices, tracking payments, reconciliations)
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution
Prepare reports and summaries for leadership

Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in administrative, operations, or startup environments preferred
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
Tech-savvy (experience with CRM tools, project management software, Google Workspace, etc.)
