Operations Manager

We are a growing lash salon seeking an Operations Manager to partner directly with the owner to build structure, streamline daily operations, and prepare the business to scale and eventually operate independently of the founder.

This role oversees service operations, team coordination, client experience systems, and retail processes. You will create clear workflows, manage priorities, and ensure the business runs smoothly day-to-day.

This is a leadership role focused on building a well-organized, high-performing salon.
