Operations Manager

We are A&A Cleaning and Detailing LLC, a growing U.S. based auto-detailing business run by two passionate business partners. We’re expanding rapidly in our area and are seeking a long-term, dedicated tea ---------- mber to help us manage both the creative and operational aspects of our company.

Right now, we’re focused on:
• Building an organized ClickUp HQ for our internal systems and SOPs
• Creating graphics and content for seasonal and promotional campaigns
• Writing clear, precise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Organizing our Google Drive for photos, videos, and brand assets

We need someone who is both creative and organized, who can work closely with us initially to understand how we operate. Eventually, the role will become more hands-off, but initially, expect specific task assignments, close working, and clear deadlines while we assess how well you fit into our workflow.
