Lemon & Sage Cleaning is a fast-growing U.S.-based cleaning company offering premium residential and commercial services. We’re expanding across multiple states and are building a dedicated remote team in the Philippines to help us scale with excellence.
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager who will work closely with the CEO to bring structure, systems, and strategy to the company. This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys creating order, building processes, and managing people with professionalism.
Job Overview
As our Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage scheduling, handle quality control, and maintain our systems for consistent service delivery.
This is a leadership role that requires initiative, communication, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll help transform the CEO’s ideas into systems that support smooth operations as we grow nationwide.
Main Responsibilities
Manage daily cleaning schedules using ZenMaid or similar software.
Assign subcontractors to jobs and monitor completion.
Track proof-of-arrival submissions.
Communicate with subcontractors, confirm arrivals, and update job statuses.
Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for internal processes.
Develop and manage subcontractor data, client info, and KPIs.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and collect reviews.
Oversee onboarding and document verification for new subcontractors.
Create weekly performance reports summarizing job completion rates and client feedback.
Work closely with the CEO to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Executive Assistance.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy — proficient with: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar) Slack / Zoom / WhatsApp ClickUp / Trello or similar task tools, ZenMaid, Jobber, or scheduling platforms
Problem solver who can anticipate needs and act quickly.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in cleaning, real estate, or home service industries.
Knowledge of client feedback systems, CRM tools, or automation.
Familiarity with KPI tracking and operational dashboards.
