Your mission: Build the systems that let us transform poker players' games without burning out our founders.

You're Perfect For This If You've:
Taken a coach/consultant from "doing everything themselves" to running a real business.

Built SOPs that turned expert knowledge into repeatable processes.

Managed online course launches, membership sites, or coaching programs.

Created systems where junior tea ---------- mbers could deliver senior-level results.

Worked with educational or transformation-based businesses.

Key Priorities:
Shadow our €500 diagnostic process and map every step.

Build SOPs that enable junior analysts to prepare 80% of the work.

Implement a project management system.

What You'll Own:
Systematizing our €500 poker game analysis service (current bottleneck).

Creating dashboards that give us instant business visibility.

Managing our tech stack integration (Stripe, email automations).

Collaborating directly with our tea ---------- mbers.

Becoming the operational bridge that keeps projects moving without CEO involvement.

Initially: Documenting processes so others can execute.

Eventually: Helping identify when we need additional support.

Technical Requirements:
Expert in documentation (Notion, ClickUp, or similar).

Experience with payment systems and customer journeys.

Comfortable with basic automation (Zapier level, not coding).

Familiar with coaching industry tools (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar).

Basic bookkeeping skills (tracking revenue/expenses, creating P&L reports)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with high-ticket coaching programs ($5,000+).

Have systematized diagnostic or assessment services before.
