### ????? **Role Overview**

The **Operations Manager** will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of our loan servicing and internal processes. You’ll manage data in our loan software, oversee insurance and documentation compliance, and coordinate between platforms like Google Drive and QuickBooks.

You’ll be supported with clear SOPs and mentorship to help you grow into a leadership role.

### ? **Key Responsibilities**

* **Loan Management Software (e.g., The Mortgage Office):**

* Maintain and update loan data
* Ensure accuracy of borrower and lender records
* Monitor payments and disbursements

* **Insurance & Compliance Tracking:**
* Confirm coverage for all active loans
* Follow up with borrowers and providers

* **Cloud Storage Management:**
* Organize and upload critical loan files on Google Drive and Dropbox


* **Default Monitoring:**
* Follow SOP to handle missed payments and defaults
* Communicate with borrowers during resolution efforts

* All documents stored & retrievable within 24 hours

### ???? **You’re a Great Fit If You Have:**

* Proven background in **loan servicing**, finance operations, or **mortgage software** (especially *The Mortgage Office*)
* Strong **time management** and **follow-through**
* Excellent **communication skills** (written & verbal)
* Confident working with tools like **Google Workspace, Dropbox, and QuickBooks**
* High attention to detail and consistency
