Operations Manager

About Us:
We are a growing online ecommerce company specializing in nutritional supplements. We're looking for a dedicated Operations Manager based in the Philippines to help streamline our processes and drive business growth.

Position Overview:
We need a highly organized, adaptable Operations Manager who can oversee multiple aspects of our business operations, from order management to team leadership. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, flexible with working hours, and capable of identifying operational weaknesses and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:
-2+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in ecommerce
-Advanced Excel skills, including deep understanding of formulas, functions, data manipulation, and analysis capabilities
-Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify operational weaknesses
-Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn new skills through research
-Commitment to achieving results rather than just completing hours
-Availability during weekends or outside regular hours when needed
-Exceptional multitasking abilities while maintaining overall operational control
-Ability to generate comprehensive reports presenting key performance indicators, metrics, and other relevant information
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English)

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle and resolve order disputes professionally and efficiently
-Manage Amazon seller accounts and maintain compliance with platform requirements
-Create and optimize product pages for our Shopify store
-Recruit, onboard, and train new tea ---------- mbers
-Oversee employee training programs and development
-Prepare comprehensive weekly reports on operational performance
-Manage logistics operations from production to shipping and 3PL relationships
-Source new products, including communicating with potential suppliers
