We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to oversee our team of assistants. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, implement automations, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
-Oversee daily activities of all assistants across various departments.
-Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
Workflow Optimization:
-Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.
-Identify areas for automation and coordinate with the Automation Specialist.
KPI Reporting:
-Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
-Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Communication:
-Serve as the primary point of contact between assistants and leadership.

Quality Assurance:
-Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
-Implement SOPs and training materials for team development.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in operations management or team leadership roles.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana).
-Basic understanding of automation tools is a plus.
-Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively.
