JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote
Hours: 4 hours per day (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce and wholesale business.

Responsibilities:

• Placing purchase orders with suppliers
• Following up on orders and delivery schedules
• Communicating with suppliers via email and phone
• Coordinating shipments and logistics
• Tracking inventory and incoming stock
• Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Collecting and organizing invoices and supplier documents
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Assisting with general operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident speaking with suppliers by phone and email
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, administration, or operations is preferred

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys coordinating orders, suppliers, and logistics processes.
