You will be helping us keep operations running smoothly while also supporting business growth.

This role will start part-time at 20 hours per week at $4 per hour during the initial trial period.
If you prove you are the right person, hours and rate can increase based on performance.
UK working hours are preferred.
Key responsibilities:
Handle guest messages calmly, quickly and professionally
Resolve guest issues within agreed boundaries
Coordinate cleaners, contractors and internal tea
Check that properties are ready for guest arrivals
Protect reviews, ratings and brand reputation
Update property owners clearly when issues happen
Follow existing SOPs correctly
Create and improve SOPs where needed
Identify recurring problems and help fix the root cause
Follow up leads and potential new clients
Support outreach to landlords, investors and property owners
Help improve systems, templates and workflows
Use ChatGPT / Claude to improve communication, outreach and efficiency
Growth responsibilities
This is not just an inbox role.
We want someone who can also help the business grow.
This may include:
Following up inbound leads
Contacting potential landlords, investors and property owners
Helping with outreach messages
Tracking leads properly
Supporting basic negotiation
Improving owner communication
Helping improve listings and guest experience
Identifying weak points in the business
Suggesting ways to improve revenue, reviews or operations
Required skills and experience:
Minimum 1 year hands-on Airbnb,
Excellent written and spoken English, C1 or above
Strong problem-solving ability
Clear communication
Good judgement under pressure
Strong organisation and time management
Ability to follow instructions exactly
Comfortable using ChatGPT or Claude for real work tasks
Commercial mindset, not just task completion
Confident speaking to guests, cleaners, owners and leads
Proactive and able to work without micromanagement

Experience with PMS software
Experience with PriceLabs, Beyond or dynamic pricing tools
Experience with CRM or lead tracking
