TV Installer (USA) – Operations & Growth Coordinator (Full-Time)
Mission
During shift, run the daily operations side of MountUpTV as the business grows every day.
This is not a traditional virtual assistant position. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive an excellent experience from first contact through completed installation while continuously generating new business opportunities.
You are expected to solve problems independently, and continuously improve operations.
Working Hours
Monday – Sunday (Rotating Schedule with other Co-Worker)
Primary Coverage:
8:00 PM – 3:00 AM Philippine Time
This aligns with daytime business hours in the Washington DC Metro area.
Core Responsibilities:
*Customer Operations
*Answer incoming phone calls
*Respond to SMS inquiries

*Schedule customer appointments
*Update customers on appointment status
*Handle customer questions professionally
*Contractor Operations
*Dispatch jobs to contractors
*Coordinate appointment times
*Confirm job acceptance
*Track technician arrival
*Follow up until every job is completed
*Resolve scheduling conflicts
Marketing & Growth
Every day:
*Publish
*Publish Instagram content
*Publish Google Business Profile updates
*Post Craigslist advertisements
*Post on
*Research additional advertising opportunities
*Monitor lead sources
*Track campaign performance
All content should be created using ChatGPT, AI content toools, and approved only when necessary.
Administrative Operations:
*Update CRM
*Organize customer records
*Maintain contractor information
*Upload job photos
*Track reviews
*Maintain business documentation
*Daily Business Improvement
Every week, identify at least one improvement that could help the business grow or operate more efficiently.
Examples:
*Better advertising ideas

*Process improvements

Ownership and initiative are expected.

Compensation
Base Salary:
17,500 PHP per Month salary.
Bonus: 400 Pesos Per Every Daily SALE!
Example:
2 completed bookings = 800 PHP bonus daily!
5 completed bookings = 2,000 PHP bonus daily!
